RED is currently seeking for 3 experience Scrum Master to work in a large transformation project for a full time contract with one of our global clients, Role will be remote, initially in a 12 month contract.
- Job title: Scrum Master
- Start date: ASAP
- Initial end date: 12 months contract
- Work capacity: Full time, 8 hours daily 5 days per week
- Work location: Remote with 1 or 2 occasional travel x year
- Speak German and English business fluency is expected mandatory
Suitable Candidates will have the below skills:
- Prior involvement in transformation projects is highly desirable.
- SAP experience would be an advantage.
- Flexibility to support Project Management and other related tasks as needed.
- Engagement: Freelance
- Location: Remote Flexible; however, some travel will be required.
- A quick learner with a focused and direct approach.
- Proactive in problem-solving.
- Experienced in handling resistance within teams and working on transformation projects.
As this is a critical transformation project, we need someone who can effectively manage the complexities involved, will need to have a strong technical background, Cloud Infrastructure, Basic SAP overview, databases.
