Role: SAP FI (AP/Invoice Management)
Location: Stockholm, Sweden (occasional travel)
Duration: 6 months
Start date: ASAP
Details:
Required experiences:
- 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, as responsible for design, configuration, test and deployment of solutions for invoice processing, workflows and archiving
- Experience from multiple S/4HANA implementation projects, with delivery responsibility for solution design documentation (Blueprints) and hands-on system configuration
- Experience from leading solution design workshops, involving Business and IT stakeholders
- Experience from implementing integrations to third-party invoice management solutions, including writing functional specifications for development, and performing verification of the interfaces
- Experience from coordinating design and implementation activities with Business stakeholders and development teams
- Experience from coordinating design and development activities with a third-party solution provider
- Experience from implementing integrations to Tungsten Automation/Kofax invoice management solutions is very beneficial.
Expertise:
- S/4HANA standard functionalities within invoice management for accounts payables/purchasing
- Integrations between SAP and third-party invoice management solutions
- Purchase to Pay processes in S/4HANA
- Accounts Payable processes in S/4HANA
- Invoice Management S/4HANA technologies, including Flexible Workflow, Business Partner, Embedded Analytics, Extensibility framework
