Contract SAP FICO Consultant (Remote/Prague)

Start Date: January 1st, 2025
Location: Czechia/Slovakia (Remote, with occasional onsite in Prague)
Contract Length: Long-term

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in SAP FI module, S/4HANA, and FIORI to join our team for an exciting contract role. This position offers flexibility with remote work and the option to be onsite in Prague 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and Enhancements: Handle both small and medium-sized requests, such as authorization modifications and the implementation of new functionalities (e.g., accruals, taxes, G/L, AP, AR, fixed assets, depreciation).
• Implementations: Lead the implementation of complex new functionalities, including new FIORI apps, and handle large projects, often in collaboration with developers.
• Conversion Projects: Assist with ECC to S/4 on-premise conversions and ensure smooth system transitions.
• Functional Consulting: Analyze AS-IS processes, design TO-BE architecture in FI/CO, and manage customization and minor development tasks.
• Collaboration and Testing: Work closely with internal teams and business stakeholders to prepare technical specifications, test data, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of SAP FICO experience, with a focus on the FI module (e.g., G/L, AP, AR, fixed assets, taxes, accruals).
• Proven experience with S/4HANA (at least 2 full lifecycle projects).
• FIORI experience (1+ year).
• Ability to customize and configure SAP FI/CO processes, with a strong understanding of business processes and integration points.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with additional SAP modules such as MM or RE-FX.
• Basic programming skills (e.g., debugging, BADI, minor enhancements).
• Knowledge of conversion projects from ECC to S/4HANA.
