Job Advert: Tech Lead Linux
Location: Ivry-sur-Seine or Paris.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Linux to guide our Linux infrastructure team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping the architecture of our systems, driving automation initiatives, and delivering innovative solutions that scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design high-performance, scalable Linux-based systems.
- Lead a talented team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering growth.
- Drive automation and efficiency through tools like Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with product, DevOps, and cloud teams to deliver solutions that support business goals.
- Continuously optimize system performance, reliability, and security in a cloud-first environment.
What You'll Bring:
- Deep expertise in Linux system administration, architecture, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to automate and streamline operations with scripting (Bash, Python) and tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership experience in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Passion for creating high-impact technical solutions and driving the success of a team.
