Job Overview
The Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in implementing Commodity ERP Solutions, focusing on designing and architecting solutions tailored to meet the specific business needs of clients in commodity industries such as coffee, grain, dairy, and metals. This role provides guidance and support from pre-sales through the entirety of the project lifecycle. The Solution Architect collaborates closely with sales teams, clients, and project teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation, leveraging the Success by Design framework. We are a fast-growing company based in North-Holland, with a diverse team of over 80 knowledgeable and motivated colleagues who develop a leading software solution for global commodity trading organizations. Our team, representing over 10 nationalities, works across Consultancy, Development, HR, and Sales. We offer a fun workplace, complete with lunch in our canteen, scenic walks by the water mill, and games like foosball and ping pong.
Our work culture is informal, offering plenty of room for personal and professional growth. You'll be entrusted with significant responsibility, empowered to set up your own projects. Trust is our core value and is embedded in everything we do.
What We Do
Our mission is to deliver the industry-standard solution for commodity and trading companies worldwide. Commodities such as metals, grain, cacao, coffee, and dairy are essential for everyday goods, and with frequent disruptions due to weather, climate, global security, and logistics, ensuring a steady supply of these commodities is challenging. Our software enhances trade and logistics processes by improving efficiency and managing risks, helping our clients trade and deliver commodities more efficiently, predictably, and profitably.
Over the past 20 years, we have developed a CTRM (Commodity Trade and Risk Management) platform powered by the latest Microsoft technology. Integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365, this platform provides commodity trading organizations-large and small-with a robust and innovative software solution.
