Career history

Ross joined RED Global as Chief Executive Officer in May 2018, with a proven track record as a CEO, spanning 24 years in creating growth, both organically and via strategic acquisitions within the technology staffing sector. 

He has taken a private business through an IPO to successful flotation and listing on the London Stock Exchange and raised the intended funds. As well as achieving a significant trade sale at a premium price. 

Ross spent several years building MPS Group International into a circa £300m turnover, European professional services organisation with key brands Modis and Badenoch & Clark. Five years building InterQuest Group plc from £10m to £100m+ in revenues where he achieved every analyst profit expectation on all interim and full-year results. Four years completing the turnaround of Kellan Group plc, both InterQuest and Kellan were publicly quoted companies.

Just prior to joining RED he was CEO of Horton Group International a global executive search and leadership firm with 50 offices in 32 countries and a Business Advisor to two Technology and Professional Services companies.
