My client is looking for a Senior Design System UI Designing Expert. He/she will help shape the future of the clients digital products, ensuring they are accessible, cohesive, and aligned with their broader organizational goals.

Tasks:
* Guide the ongoing development of Nova's design language, ensuring it supports a diverse range of products across multiple platforms and technologies
* Exchange with developers, UX Researcher, UI Designers, and stakeholders to create, maintain, and evolve components, UI patterns, and documentation
* Write clear, comprehensive documentation and usage guidelines to educate UX researchers, UI designers and engineers on how to effectively use components and patterns across design and code
* Review production components to ensure they match the UI library and meet Nova's high standards for design and accessibility
* Evangelize and support the adoption of Nova across various teams, helping them transition smoothly to the new version of the design system
* Advocate for accessibility best practices, ensuring our design system and components are inclusive and user-friendly
* Actively participate in broader UX Chapter and Product Team activities such as feedback and knowledge sharing sessions

Skills:
* Bachelor's degree (+) in graphic design, UX Design, Industrial or Product Design or relevant field
* Language skill: English mandatory (native or fluent)
* Proven experiences (5 years) in design thinking in context of agile projects
* 7+ years of experience in UI Design or Interaction Design, with a proven track record of contributing to or leading the development of design systems in growing organization
* Expert in creating component libraries with variables in Figma; strong understanding of product ecosystems; experience with design tokens
* Able to write processes, documentation and presentations
* A compelling portfolio showcasing your design projects, problem-solving abilities, and design process
* Understanding accessibility guidelines is a plus
* Expert at navigating technical complexity and working productively with engineers
* Experience in front-end development is a huge plus
