Role: EasyVista ITSM Technical/Functional Consultant

Job Title: ITSM Consultant
We are seeking an experienced ITSM Consultant with 4+ years of experience in EasyVista ITSM tool.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in French (bilingual/native) and proficient in English (professional working level)
- Experience with ITSM tools (EasyVista, ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
- Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Office365, Teams, Chatbot, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prince2 certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification
- EasyVista Foundation / Service Apps certification
