Our commitment to sustainability

Our commitment to sustainability

At RED Global, we believe every business has a responsibility to reduce its environmental impact. As a global technology workforce solutions provider, we’re committed to embedding sustainability across our operations and supply chain, and to supporting our clients in meeting their own ESG goals.

Science-based climate action

We’re proud to have our near-term greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction target officially approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), a globally recognised authority that ensures corporate climate goals are aligned with the latest climate science.

RED Global has committed to:

  • Reduce absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 42% by 2030, from a 2023 base year
  • Measure and reduce Scope 3 emissions across our value chain

These targets align with the ambition to limit global warming to 1.5°C, in line with the Paris Agreement.

📄 SBTi Approval Date: June 2025

Actions we're taking

Our sustainability strategy is already in motion. We’re working across our global business to:

  • Improve energy efficiency across our office network
  • Explore renewable energy solutions
  • Engage suppliers and partners to support reductions beyond our direct operations

We are committed to transparently reporting our progress each year, keeping ourselves accountable and our stakeholders informed.

Why it matters to our clients and partners

Sustainability is becoming a core business priority across industries, not just a reporting requirement. Many of our clients, especially in Life Sciences, and publicly listed companies, are embedding science-based climate targets into their operations and partner expectations.

By securing SBTi approval, RED Global is not only aligned with these expectations, we’re demonstrating leadership and shared values. Our commitment strengthens our ability to support clients with sustainable workforce solutions, and builds trust in how we deliver long-term, responsible partnerships.

We’re also helping our clients meet their own sustainability objectives by providing low-carbon digital workforce solutions, building more efficient teams, and collaborating on responsible delivery models.

A message from our CEO

“Securing SBTi approval is a proud moment for RED Global. It reflects our responsibility to take real, science-based climate action, and supports the growing number of clients who are embedding sustainability into their own operations and partnerships. This is about future-proofing our business, driving positive impact, and doing what’s right.”  Ross Eades, CEO, RED Global

Looking ahead

Our sustainability journey is ongoing. As we scale our impact, we invite our clients, candidates, and partners to join us in driving positive environmental change across the technology sector and beyond.
