Bilingual SAP SCM Lead Consultant - Contract - LATAM (Remote)
RED Global is currently supporting a global client in their search for a Bilingual SAP SCM Lead Consultant to join a major Life Sciences S/4HANA program.
This position will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Workstream Lead, driving end-to-end supply chain and logistics execution processes while collaborating with regional stakeholders and global implementation teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

* Duration: Long-term Contract (B2B)
* Location: Fully Remote within LATAM (Occasional travel less than 1 time/month, expensed)
* Language: Spanish & English
Key requirements:
* Strong SAP SCM background with technical experience in configuration and implementations, recently operating as an SME or Lead
* Deep expertise in SAP Logistics Execution (LE), Inventory Management (MM-IM), and Warehouse Management (WM)
* Proven hands-on experience with S/4HANA environments
* Demonstrated experience successfully delivering end-to-end 3PL integration projects (4PL experience is highly desirable)
* Solid industry experience within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals sector
* Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in conflict management and team guidance
* Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder communication skills in both Spanish and English
* Experience working with cross-functional and global teams across multiple regions
* Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend innovative technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness
Responsibilities include:
* Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and driving best practices within the SCM workstream
* Identifying process gaps, defining "to-be" processes, and ensuring process standardization across the LATAM region
* Defining and managing scope within assigned work packages, prioritizing high-value requirements
* Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of the technology implementation according to schedule and reporting progress to the Regional Deployment Lead
* Collaborating with project coordinators and the PMO to monitor deliverables, mitigate risks, and document issues/impact analyses
* Partnering with the Global S/4 Function Head to support change management activities, stakeholder communication, and business user engagement
