For our client, we are looking for an experienced SAP FI expert (m/f/d) to adapt an existing global SAP template (ECC 6.0) for the introduction of a new company code in the UK. The focus is on local requirements in tax determination, tax reporting, and SD billing integration into finance.
Your tasks:
Analyze the global SAP template regarding UK localization
Conduct blueprint phase to identify deviations from the template
Gather business requirements from UK finance stakeholders
Design and implement FI-related template adjustments
Ensure correct setup of tax determination and tax reporting (UK)
Consider UK regulatory specifics, incl. Northern Ireland
Design integration between SD billing and FI (billing → accounting)
Support integration of logistics processes from legacy systems
Conduct workshops and targeted key user trainings (5-10 users)
Support go-live preparation, especially local tax reporting
Derive concrete solution proposals for template adaptation
Consider UK e-invoicing requirements
Your profile:
Strong SAP FI experience, ideally in template-based environments
In-depth knowledge of UK tax requirements and reporting
Experience with SD-FI integration
Experience in blueprint and requirements analysis
Understanding of finance integration with logistics and production
Structured, solution-oriented working style
Business fluent English
Project details:
Start: mid-May to end of June 2026
Workload: Approx. 1 day per week (30 days overall until the end of year)
Work Mode: Initial onsite phase (~1 week), then selective onsite workshops/trainings
Location: Hereford area (UK) + remote
Language: English
