*** Process Expert - 6 months + ext. - Hertfordshire, UK ***
On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a Process Expert to support a large-scale SAP transformation programme. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension to start at the end of May.
The role requires someone to be on-site in Hertfordshire 3 days per week, rest remote, and would benefit from strong process documentation and workshop facilitation skills, working closely alongside Business SMEs who are focused on data and functional aspects.
Specific skills/experience required:
- Strong background in process documentation and business-facing materials
- Experience running workshops and leading process discussions
- Ability to extract and build high-quality business documentation
- Comfortable handling process-heavy tasks beyond SME scope
- Solid SAP functional and process knowledge
Preferred:
- Experience with Solonass
- Exposure to process mining tools
