*** Network Engineer - 12 months - Contract role - Hybrid - Germany ***
For our international client based in Germany RED is currently looking for a Network Engineer to start in a project.
The consultant is expected to start as soon as possible and for an initial 12 month contract.
The project is based in Munich, Germany and involves travels (up to 80%).
Desired skills:
- Design scalable, resilient network architectures for edge and cloud integration
- Configure and manage GCP networking components like VPCs and Cloud Routers
- Ensure seamless edge connectivity and data locality using technologies such as VPN and Cloud Interconnect
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot network performance across distributed locations
- Implement strong security measures - encryption, firewalls, and access controls
- Fluency in English required; German is a plus
