For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for an experienced HCM Workday Integration Project Manager.
The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage timelines and resources. The project manager would be expected to join by mid of May 2025, for a 7-month contract, with the high likelihood of extensions.
This a remote role with occasional travel to Sao Paulo.
Desired skills:
- Minimum of 9+ years into Project management with HCM Workday Integration
- Experience with payroll integration and time & absence for HCM/ Workday
- Experience working with stakeholder management, risk management
- Familiarity with managing an external workforce, including vendors and contractors
- Excellent English - written and communication skills
Start date: Mid May 2025
Duration: 7 months + possibility of extension
Location: Hybrid from Sao Paulo
Rate: CHF / day
Language: English
