Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting) Specialist to join a global SAP S/4HANA programme within the healthcare sector. This is a freelance contract supporting complex Asset Accounting configuration and data migration activities as part of an ongoing S/4HANA initiative.

This is a fully remote role for professionals based in India, working primarily within Central European Time (CET) business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support complex SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting) configuration within SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP FI-AA solutions.
• Support and execute Asset Accounting-related data migration activities.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure successful integration across SAP modules.
• Assist with testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Provide functional expertise and best practice recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support stakeholders during implementation and post-go-live activities where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting).
• Proven expertise in complex FI-AA configuration within SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience supporting SAP data migration activities.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance processes and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international project environment.
• Based in India.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within pharma, healthcare, or FMCG environments.
• Experience on global SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation programmes.
