MS Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant to support a key Romanian roll-out phase of an ongoing Dynamics programme. The consultant will play a critical role in aligning business requirements with D365 Sales capabilities, driving solution enhancements, and supporting deployment activities.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver functional consulting across Dynamics 365 Sales (Lead, Opportunity, Accounts, Activities, Forecasting, Sales Insights).
• Conduct workshops with Romanian business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Configure and customise D365 Sales modules aligned with the global template and local Romanian requirements.
• Support roll-out-specific activities: localisation, testing, training, UAT and go-live preparation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integration, data migration, and solution enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing functional support throughout the roll-out phase.

Required Experience

• 5+ years working as a Dynamics 365 CE/Sales Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of D365 Sales processes and CRM best practices.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, customisation, workflows, and Power Platform (nice to have).
• Experience supporting multi-country roll-outs - ideally involving localisation.
• Ability to work independently with distributed teams and communicate clearly in both Romanian and English.
• Familiarity with project delivery phases: requirements, design, build, testing, deployment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Dynamics Marketing.
• Exposure to integration and data migration (Azure, Dataverse, APIs).
• Previous experience on large enterprise transformation programmes.
