We are seeking an experienced CRM/Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d) for our client to significantly support the migration from Siebel CRM to Salesforce. The position encompasses both business and technical tasks in the areas of requirements management, data migration, and test management. Close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and test teams is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Support in planning and implementing the migration from Siebel CRM to Salesforce
• Creation, analysis, and prioritization of functional and technical requirements (requirements engineering)
• Planning and design of the migration strategy, including mapping, interfaces, and process design
• Execution and support of data cleansing, data analysis, and data validation
• Collaboration in the development and integration of CRM web services (e.g., SOAP/REST)
• Creation and execution of test cases (system, integration, and acceptance tests)
• Close collaboration with the project team, as well as preparation and execution of workshops
• Documentation of results and presentation in reviews
• Support during the go-live and hypercare phases of the migration

Requirements:

• Several years of experience with CRM systems, especially Siebel and Salesforce
• Solid expertise in CRM migrations (ideally, prior experience with Siebel → Salesforce)
• Excellent knowledge of requirements engineering, test management, and data analysis
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and CRM data structures
• Knowledge of data Cleansing, migration planning and execution
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and strong communication skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken) (required)

Project details:

• Start: ASAP / January 2026
• Duration: 6 months with option to extend
• Workload: Full-time (5 days per week)
• Location: 100% on-site in Frankfurt Area
• Language: English (fluent)
