We are currently seeking for a Change Manager to support our client in Paris during the international rollout of a EQS Compliance Cockpit solution. The Change Manager will act as the bridge between technical teams, compliance stakeholders, and end-users-facilitating understanding, adoption, and long-term success of the new compliance platform across multiple regions.
Role: Change Manager
Start: asap
Duration:12 months + Possible extensions
Location: 2/3 days in Paris
Languages needed: Business fluent French mandatory, English a plus
Required Skills
- min 5 years experience as Change Manager
- Strong Project Management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Experience working with legal applications or within a legal/compliance department.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and documentation.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and actionable messages.
